Raw and real (with a spice of creativity). That’s what ya’ get when you work with me in therapy. And I say that because that's how I live my life and what I believe is a good approach to being with my clients. They know I'm creative and it helps for those times when someone is yearning for a different perspective or approach to their problems. often say that my only goal with a client is for them to have a positive, corrective, emotional experience so that when they “graduate” from our time together they will come back to therapy should any mental health symptoms return. It’s kinda like the cycle of life where things ebb and flow. Sometimes you need therapy to help when there’s too much “ebbing”.
What will you get from me during a session? Someone who listens and will listen some more. Someone who will use stories, books, movies to solidify some of the mental health tools to experience progress and growth. At my desk and computer I sit and await for the magic and synchronicity to occur between myself and that of another. Sweet smiles abound. For you. For me. For all. . .

If you know of anyone that could benefit from therapy encourage them to reach out to me (if in California) or any therapist to see if there’s a connection. Emotional health is critical to our overall well being and, luckily, the younger generation has helped us to realize that there’s nothing wrong to reach out for help in times of need.
